RPD-4 型高速双色定向胶囊印字机是本公司根据几代定向胶囊印字机的研制经验最新开发出的产品，采用了本公司的帽体定向系统和双色印字装置两项专利技术(专利号97106359.1，97106361.3)。可在各种规格的胶囊上环向或轴向印刷出用户所需的各种文字、图案和商标，并可在胶囊帽体上定向用两种颜色一次印刷完成，使印字效果更富有表现力。凹版转移印刷，印字清晰，质量优良。特殊的结构使现在单轨道实现了原来双轨道的产量，降低了印刷模具的消耗，简单了操作，满足了胶囊印刷效果的一致性。可适应中小批量多品种的生产需求，体现了良好的经济性和可操作性，是各类胶囊生产企业及药剂生产企业理想的印字设备。

　　RPD-4 uses the cap oriented system and two-color printing device (Patent #: 97106359.1; 97106361.3). It can be used for single-or two-color printing on capsule caps of various specifications and types, and is able to achieve two-color directional printing at single act. Due to its particular advantages, this machine can meet the requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturers to dose medium small batch quantity. 　　注、1.由于胶囊缺陷出现不定向，不定向胶囊检测装置去除输送链板上的不定向胶囊。

　　2.由于多种原因，在输送链板上的胶囊填充存在空缺，印字胶轮上就存在两次转印，反映在胶囊印字出现深浅不一致问题。除墨装置是去除印字胶轮上多余油墨的装置。
